  3. Conduct live training, record for offshore participants

Go to Market Analysis and Planning

Objective:  Drive market analysis to validate external opportunities for our back-end solution and structure GTM plan. 

Outcomes: 

  1. Identified supported business use cases and potential use cases including target markets for each.

  2. Managed market analysis plan and iterations of empathy interviews, read-outs of analysis, early conclusions, adjustments to target audience

  3. Managed pricing and cost analysis

  4. Drove the GTM go-no-go decision

Aha! Roadmap Planning & Reporting

Objective:  Establish and champion improved processes and mechanisms for roadmap planning and initiative status reporting across business unit product teams.  Eliminate PPT Dashboard reporting and updates.

Outcomes: 

  1. Constructed Aha! initiative and PI Sprint level record templates and reports leveraging JIRA integration of capabilities, features, and stories

  2. Documented setup steps for team members and conducted group and one-on-one training as needed

  3. Created Aha! status dashboards for on-demand access by stakeholders and embedded dashboards into Confluence.

Client eLearning Program

  • Analyzed the learning objectives for a web-based solution serving hospital clients throughout the US and Canada

  • Designed the eLearning program to enable topic selection and provide end-to-end workflow examples with live navigation

  • Developed topic video segments by first storyboarding and scripting the graphics and verbiage

  • Implemented the program via an online LMS in order to allow for user interaction, registration, and tracking of utilization

  • Evaluation of the program is ongoing via a training program survey and stakeholder input

  • Approximately 100 Service employees enrolled

  • Improved product knowledge performance scores of Services organization  (baseline scores of 6.5 raised to 8.5 on average)

  • 99% on-time completion rate achieved

  • 85% passing rate achieved

  • Delivered essential skills training and evaluation

  • Live presentation performance evaluation required for Project Management staff

    • resulted in staff skills ranking which supported management decisions for employee advancement and placement

  • Managed video production team which produced over 50 customer-facing eLearning tutorials
